London International Wine & Spirits Fair

Dynamic Range was tasked with designing and building an exhibition stand for the London International Wine and Spirits Fair. We had a brief to come up with an eye catching stand with an area for discussions and a storage room. The backdrop was created from Artwork supplied and was printed onto canvas then used to cover the custom built structure. Dynamic Range also organised the relevant plans and risk assessments required by Olympia.

Saudi Arabia Institutional Investor Forum

We were approached by our client to help facilitate the inaugural Saudi Arabia Institutional Investor Forum. For this we designed a new backdrop given the clients colour specifications. We contacted local suppliers to obtain quotes for the required audio visual equipment and backdrop printing. We chose a supplier to work with not only based on cost but their understanding of the overall goal we were trying to achieve. All preparation work was performed remotely but for the event a member of DR staff was onsite to oversee the setup of the event and also to operate the Audience response system. We also provided liaison between the end client and the local audio visual team, photographer and Qu’ran reading.

  Zurich Conference

Brief: to add a small awards show to the dinner of the conference. It had to be cost effective but have a very different feel to the main conference, have plenty of colour and preferably moving lights and event gobos plus a custom awards powerpoint design. This was achieved with the use of a star cloth backdrop, 58” monitors for the power point and a selection of LED moving head lights. As the conference and awards were being held in Zurich DR organised the Customs documents, crew hotels and logistics.
